Cancellation and Refunds

DYU WOMEN AND CHILD HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED, on behalf of the Neo-Hemodynamics Workshop 2025, is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund policy. The following terms apply to all participants registering for the workshop:

1. Cancellation by the Participant:
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made for cancellation by the participant registering for the Neo-Hemodynamics Workshop 2025.
2. Cancellation by the Organizer:
   • In the unlikely event that the Neo-Hemodynamics Workshop 2025 is canceled by the organizers, the organizers are not liable for any refund payment.

Transfer of Registration:

• Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizers. Requests for transfer must be submitted via email by April 9, 2025.

Force Majeure Clause:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop. Refunds in such cases will be determined at the organizers’ discretion.
